We pay attention to the confidentiality of the data entrusted to us and protect it from unauthorized access. We use appropriate security measures in accordance with the applicable data protection laws to ensure that your personal data is fully protected.

1 General information

1.2 RODO (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data) gives you certain rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
The right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability,
as well as the right to object to the processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The rules for exercising the above rights are set out in Articles 16 to 21 of the RODO.

1.3 Your personal data may be processed by entities whose services we use, such as hosting, email, maintenance or law firms. Your data is secure and will only be processed to the extent necessary. If necessary, it may be made available to authorized authorities such as courts, police or tax authorities in accordance with the law.

1.4 In connection with the use of tools that store data on local servers (e.g. Google), we transfer your data to third countries, e.g. to the USA. The providers of these services ensure compliance with the RODO by using appropriate data protection mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

1.5 We use tools that may perform activities based on tracking mechanisms (profiling and behavioral advertising). However, these activities have no material impact on your situation as a customer and do not change the terms of cooperation or the contract you may enter into with us.

 

2 Purposes and activities of the processing of personal data

2.1 Contact.
Processed data: First name, e-mail address and all data contained in the text of the message (providing the data is voluntary, but necessary for contacting you).
Purpose of processing: to establish contact
Duration of processing: The content of the correspondence may be archived and we are not able to clearly determine when it will be deleted.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e. our legitimate interest. The legal basis for processing after contact is also our legitimate interest in archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Entitlement: You have the right to request the history of correspondence with us (if it has been archived) and to request its deletion, unless archiving is justified by our overriding interests, e.g. to defend against possible claims on your part.

3 Cookies

3.1 Our website uses cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your device (e.g. computer, smartphone). Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies), others remain and enable your browser to be recognized on your next visit (persistent cookies). These cookies may originate from us or from third parties.

3.3 Server protocols.
When you use the website, requests are sent to the server that operates the website. Each of these requests is recorded in server logs, which contain the IP address, date, time, browser and operating system information, among other things.
These logs are stored on the server, but are not used to identify users. They only provide material for the administration of the website and are only accessible to persons authorized to operate the server.

3.4 Google Analytics.
We use the Google Analytics tool from Google LLC, based in the USA. The purpose is to compile and analyze statistics in order to optimize our websites. The data collected is personal data that does not allow you to be identified. The information that we have access to as part of Google Analytics includes, among other things Information about the operating system and web browser you use, the pages you visit within our website, the time you spend on our website and its subpages, the source from which you navigate to our website. As part of Google Analytics, we use advertising features such as demographic and interest reports, your age group, gender, approximate location and interests based on your web activity.
In order to be able to use Google Analytics, we have integrated a special Google Analytics tracking code into the code of our website. The tracking code uses cookies from Google LLC for the Google Analytics service.
